Thank you for your interest in renting the house located at 15475 Old Castle Road in the Southridge community of Fontana. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is located across the street from a park and elementary school. The rent is $1700 per month and there is a $1700 security deposit. Utilities included are sewer and trash. We accept small pets with an additional $250 deposit, $350 for 2 (max). We do not accept Section 8.
If you would like to drive by, take the 10 freeway to the Cherry exit. When you exit, go south to Jurupa. Make a left on to Jurupa. The second stop sign is Beech, make a right on to Beech. Make a left on to Village. Make a left on to Bell Tower. Bell Tower is only about 100 feet long, so you will immediately make a right on to Old Castle. It is the third house on the right.
